The Festival on Victoria Park will include a market stalls area which will offer a wide variety of goods and products.

Applications can now be made for stalls and pitches, from:

Traders who want to sell products from an open-air stall.
Businesses that want to provide food and soft-drink services.
Organisations that want to promote themselves or their services.

Please read the notes below before completing the form. Please also read the information pages on this Market Stalls area. The links to these pages are shown on the rights.

To apply, complete the form below. There is no other way of applying for a stall or pitch other than through this web site. There is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER for the Market Stalls Co-ordinator. All communications must be via the form below or through the form on our contact page.

HOW TO APPLY AND NOTES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The only way you can apply for a stall or a pitch is by submitting the form above. There is no other method of application.

All applications are chargeable and must be pre-paid. You will not be able to gain access to the festival site without a pass and you must pay in advance in order to get a pass. There will be no exceptions.

Your application must include a valid email address. The application procedure will be conducted by email. We cannot answer telephone calls or make telephone calls to answer questions.

Terms and conditions of booking

I agree that:

I/we will not sell intoxicating beverages on or during the festival.

I/we will not bring onto Victoria Park any hazardous materials and/or equipment.

I/we warranty that any display or exhibition that I/we bring on to Victoria Park will be safe and present no predictable risk to the general public. This includes ensuring that the area is free of trip hazards.

I/we will at all times wear the ID Badge provided to us on arrival at Victoria Park until we finally leave the festival site.

I/we undertake to leave our stall/pitch clean and free from any litter or waste produced as a result of my/our activities.

I/we agree to abide by the equal opportunities policy stated in the terms and conditions of booking.
