 Piink is a new type of (on-line) Estate Agency. Our
Partners' have many years experience in both IT and traditional estate
agency.
Having witnessed the popularity of the internet in the
house buying process, with 3 out of 4 people now searching on-line, combine
their complementary skills and launch a new kind of estate agency.
Prior
to the launch of Piink, a considerable amount of time was invested
in understanding what people really want from estate agents in the 21st Century - the
overriding message was Change!
Most of those surveyed felt traditional
agents were out of step with the 'instant' requirements of today's
fast society. They felt that most agents had not exploited the full potential
of the internet of the e-mail/text/picture messaging services that
are now part of everyday life.
However, they did appreciate having
a 3rd party deal with their house selling process. All of this valuable
feed-back only served to underline that the time was right for a new generation
of estate agent, and so Piink was born.
